A DETai assistant should hold not notification noise, but a living line of development: what a person noticed, what they decided to do, and what is worth returning to.

An assistant does not replace a specialist and does not imitate a therapist. Its task is to carefully help a person not lose the thread: fix context, return to important observations, and connect separate actions into a readable trajectory.
Many loops are gradually appearing inside the DETai ecosystem: quotes, journals, day matrix, emotional amplitude, educational events, work tasks, and research materials. Without a connecting layer, the user can quickly lose the thread.
DETai Assistants are conceived as personal helpers that will help hold context between these loops. An assistant can remind a user of a chosen practice, return them to a note, assemble a simple daily summary, or show where the needed material is located.
A principled boundary: the assistant is not a psychotherapist, doctor, or substitute for a specialist. It works as an interface for support and attention organization, not as a source of final decisions.
For DET this is especially important: human development happens not through a single piece of advice, but through a sequence of observations, choices, contradictions, and returns. Assistants should help preserve that sequence.
