This Policy applies to:

User materials can be transferred to AI services only to the extent necessary to perform the function. Where possible, we strive to minimize the transfer of personal and sensitive data.

The ecosystem has different levels of material visibility.

Private materials include drafts, personal notes, personal libraries, favorites, non-public collections, service messages and user settings. Such materials should not automatically become public.

Public materials include texts, quotes, cards, articles, pages, posts, publication records, archives and showcases that have gone through a publication or editorial process.

Material becomes public only after explicit user action, editorial decision, publication process, or other clear mechanism provided for by a specific project.

Public materials can be displayed on the website, Telegram channels, search engines, image sitemap, social networks, archives, cards and other project showcases.

We may transfer data only to the extent necessary for the operation of the services to the following categories of recipients:

• hosting providers, CDN, databases and infrastructure services;
• analytics, error monitoring and security services, if enabled;
• AI providers and generation, translation, classification or moderation tools;
• Telegram and other platforms through which the user interacts with the project;
• payment providers, if the user pays for services or functions;

Telegram is a separate platform with its own rules and privacy policy. We have no control over Telegram's data processing outside of our own bots and services.

The services used by the ecosystem may be located in different countries. This means that data may be processed or transferred outside the user's country.

We strive to use providers and procedures that provide a reasonable level of data protection and comply with applicable requirements.
