DETai Cookie Policy

This Policy explains how DETai uses cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and similar technologies on the websites and web applications of the DETai ecosystem.

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website, support DETai Account login, protect security, remember language preferences and store your cookie settings. With your consent, we may also use analytics and marketing technologies to improve the website and understand the performance of pages, forms, Telegram links, subscriptions and campaigns.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files stored in your browser by a website. They help the website recognise a device, remember preferences and support specific functions.

We may also use browser storage, such as localStorage and sessionStorage. In this Policy, the word “cookies” may also refer to these similar technologies.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the basic operation of the website and account flows. They help us:

  • remember your cookie settings;
  • support DETai Account login;
  • protect authentication and security flows;
  • remember your selected language;
  • support certain sign-up and email verification steps.

This category is always enabled because the website and account features cannot work properly without it.

3. Analytics

Analytics cookies and scripts are used only with your consent.

They help us understand:

  • which pages and sections are used more often;
  • how users complete sign-up and onboarding;
  • how many users move to Telegram;
  • how website forms perform;
  • where users may stop while completing a form;
  • how users interact with subscriptions, plans and DETai products;
  • which campaigns and pages lead to meaningful actions.

DETai may use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and similar analytics tools. We configure analytics so that email addresses, phone numbers, names, Telegram IDs, Telegram usernames, form field values, request texts, payment data or sensitive psychotherapy-related content are not sent to Google Analytics.

4. Marketing

Marketing cookies and scripts are used only with your consent.

They may help us measure the performance of advertising campaigns, promotional pages, referral links and DETai offers. Marketing technologies are not used to send psychotherapy request content, user free text or contact details to advertising systems.

6. Forms, Telegram and subscriptions

With your analytics consent, DETai may record technical events related to forms, Telegram links and subscriptions. For example: form view, form start, step completion, submit attempt, successful lead submission, Telegram link click, Telegram connection start, plan view or checkout start.

We do not send form field values, message content, psychological topics, symptoms, diagnoses, email addresses, phone numbers, names, Telegram IDs, Telegram usernames or payment details to analytics.

8. How to change your choice

You can change your cookie settings via the “Cookies” button in the website footer or in the available settings area.

You can also delete cookies and site data through your browser settings. After deletion, the website may show the cookie banner again, and some functions, such as account login or saved language preferences, may need to be set again.
