Terms of use DET/DETai

DET/DETai is an ecosystem that combines psychological theory, dialectical existential therapy, research materials, educational formats, digital products, AI tools, Telegram services and publishing projects.

DET is responsible for the theoretical-practical, psychological, educational and therapeutic framework.

DETai is responsible for technology products, AI-enhanced tools, websites, Telegram bots, knowledge bases, custom applications and platform projects.

The ecosystem can develop in pilot mode. Some features may be experimental, temporary, limited availability, or change without notice.

These Terms apply to:

• DET/DETai website;
• public pages, publications, project showcases and Knowledge Substrate;
• Telegram bots and Telegram integrations;
• DETai digital products;
• AI functions, generators, classifiers, cards, libraries and user tools;
• educational materials, programs, groups, consultations and other professional formats, unless separate conditions are published for them.

Individual projects may have additional rules. If project-specific rules conflict with these Terms, the project-specific rules for the relevant function will apply first.

The user undertakes to use DET/DETai services in good faith and legally.

Prohibited:

• disrupt the operation of the site, bots, APIs, databases, publishing and technical circuits;
• access or attempt to access someone else's data, accounts, drafts, libraries, internal sections or service functions;
• bypass access roles, limits, paid restrictions, technical policies, moderation or security-layer;
• upload malicious code, spam, phishing materials, illegal or dangerous content;
• use the services for harassment, deception, manipulation, illegal automation, mass scraping or attack on infrastructure;
• impersonate another person, specialist, team member or representative of DET/DETai;
• violate the rights of authors, copyright holders, users, specialists or third parties.

Some features may require an account, Telegram identification, access role, subscription, invitation, manual approval or participation in a test group.

The user is responsible for the security of their email, Telegram account, device, password, tokens and other means of access.

We may limit, suspend or terminate access to features if there are indications of abuse, technical risk, violation of the Terms, illegal activity or threat to other users.

The user is responsible for the materials that they submit, create, edit or publish through the DET/DETai services.

Such materials may include texts, quotes, notes, images, comments, requests, prompts, responses in forms, collections, cards, translations and other user materials.

The user must not submit materials that:

• violate the law;
• violate copyright, related, personal, contractual or other rights of third parties;
• contain malicious code, spam, phishing, or attempts to circumvent security;
• contain personal data of other people without legal basis;
• present false information as reliable or verified;
• may cause harm to users, specialists, the project or third parties.

Materials sent to the service are not considered public by default until they have gone through the publication process provided for by the project.

Drafts, personal notes, personal libraries and non-public collections should not be automatically published on the website, Telegram, search engines or public storefronts.

Material may become public through explicit user action, editorial decision, publication process, administrative role, or other mechanism provided by a specific project.

Public materials can be displayed on the website, Telegram channels, social networks, cards, archives, Knowledge Substrate, image sitemap, search engines and other project showcases.

By submitting materials to DET/DETai services, the user grants DET/DETai a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, make technical copies of, display, edit, format, translate and use these materials to the extent necessary for the operation of the relevant function.

If the user explicitly publishes material or submits it to the publishing workflow, they grant DET/DETai the right to display, distribute, adapt, format, archive and use this material in the project's public showcases, unless otherwise separately agreed.

This license does not convey all copyrights. The user retains the rights to their own original content, unless otherwise provided in a separate agreement.

The name, structure, design, texts, visual elements, knowledge bases, publication formats, cards, interfaces, concepts, brand elements, program code and documentation of DET/DETai may be protected by copyright, database rights, trademarks or other rights.

Materials on this site may be read, quoted and used for personal, educational, research and informational purposes, provided the source is indicated, unless otherwise stated on a specific page.

It is prohibited to copy, resell, bulk scrape, republish, or use DET/DETai materials in a manner that creates the impression of an official project, partnership, or endorsement without permission.

DETai's AI functions can help create texts, translations, cards, classifications, structures, recommendations, drafts and other materials.

AI results may contain errors, inaccuracies, incomplete information, incorrect sources, incorrect interpretations, or inappropriate wording. It is the user's responsibility to check AI results before use, especially if they relate to psychology, health, law, finance, education, publications or the reputation of third parties.

AI functions do not replace an independent specialist, doctor, psychotherapist, lawyer, financial advisor or editor, and do not guarantee any result.

Site materials, Telegram bots, publications, quotes, AI responses, cards, articles and project pages do not in themselves constitute individual psychological consultation, psychotherapy, medical services, diagnostics or emergency assistance.

Professional formats - individual consultations, group formats, psychotherapeutic meetings, educational programs, supervision or other services - are provided only separately: after registration and agreement on the specialist, format, participation conditions, payment, informed consent and confidentiality rules, where required.

Such services may only be provided by designated specialists whose qualifications are indicated on the team page, service page or in a separate agreement. Indication of education, degree, certificates, professional experience or scientific qualifications of a specialist confirms their profile, but is not a guarantee of a specific result.

Psychological or psychotherapeutic work requires the client's personal involvement, adherence to the setting, honest presentation of relevant information, and understanding of the limitations of the method.

DET/DETai does not guarantee that a particular format will suit every user. The specialist or team may refuse the service, suggest a different format, or recommend contacting another specialist if the request falls outside the scope of competence, format, safety or ethical boundaries.

In the event of a threat to life, an acute crisis, a risk of harm to yourself or others, a severe deterioration in your condition, or the need for urgent medical attention, you should contact the emergency services of your country or a specialized medical specialist.

Group psychological, psychotherapeutic, educational or developmental formats may have separate rules of participation.

Group members agree to respect the privacy of other members and not disclose the personal stories, names, messages and circumstances of others outside the group without their consent.

However, DET/DETai cannot absolutely guarantee the behavior of each group member outside the controlled space. Confidentiality rules, boundaries of responsibility and procedures for participation are clarified before the start of a specific group.

Some features, consultations, groups, educational programs, subscriptions, Telegram services or digital products may require a fee.

The price, composition of the service, terms, conditions for cancellation, return and access are indicated on the page of a specific service, in the invoice, offer, agreement, bot message or other separate document.

If separate payment terms are not published, payment should not be considered confirmed until express agreement with the team or specialist.

DET/DETai services can use Telegram, GitHub, Vercel, payment providers, AI providers, analytics services, hosting, email, CDN and other external platforms.

Such platforms operate under their own rules, privacy policies and terms of use. DET/DETai is not responsible for the operation of third-party services outside its control.

We strive to maintain the stability of the site and services, but we do not guarantee the continuous, error-free or eternal availability of all functions.

Services may be in pilot mode, updated, changed, temporarily disabled, transferred, limited or discontinued.

We may change site structure, features, text, publishing processes, access rules, prices, roles and technical solutions as the ecosystem evolves.

DET/DETai services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that all materials will be complete, error-free, current, suitable for a particular purpose, or applicable to the user's personal situation.

The use of materials, AI results, quotes, publications and digital functions is at the user's own risk, unless otherwise expressly provided by a separate agreement or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If you violate these Terms, we may remove material, restrict access, block a feature, cancel publication, disable the Telegram script, refuse participation, terminate service, or take other reasonable measures to protect users, specialists, infrastructure and the ecosystem.

These Terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of applicable law, a separate agreement or the rules of a particular service.
