Project notice
Terms of use for the Psychology in Quotes project
These terms describe the rules for using the Psychology in Quotes project: Telegram bot, web showcase, quote cards, personal library, publishing functions and related AI tools.
These terms are in addition to the general DET/DETai Terms of Use.
Last updated: June 9, 2026
1. Purpose of the project
Psychology in Quotes helps users work with psychological quotes: find, save, translate, design, check, collect and publish them in the form of cards, pages and related materials.
The project is part of the DETai technology cluster and is being developed as a pilot application within the DET/DETai ecosystem.
2. Not therapy or diagnosis
Psychology in Quotes is not psychological counseling, psychotherapy, medical service, diagnosis, crisis line, or a substitute for seeking professional help.
Quotes, cards, AI tips, selections and project texts are intended for informational, educational, creative, research and publication purposes.
If the user needs individual psychological, psychotherapeutic or medical assistance, it is necessary to contact an appropriate specialist.
3. Drafts and publications
Materials sent to a bot or web interface are considered drafts by default.
The draft is not published automatically.
Material becomes public only after an explicit user action, editorial decision, or publication process provided for by the project.
Published materials can be displayed on the website, Telegram, cards, image sitemap, search engines, public collections and other project showcases.
4. Responsibility for quotations
The user is responsible for quotes, translations, sources, images and other materials that they send to the project.
The user should strive to indicate the correct author, source and context of the quotation.
It is prohibited to submit materials that violate the rights of third parties, contain false authorship, distorted quotes, illegal content, personal data of other people or confidential information.
The Project may reject, edit, hide, or remove material if it violates these terms, raises questions about authorship, source, accuracy, or poses legal, ethical, technical, or reputational risk.
5. AI results
The project's AI functions can help with translation, editing, design, classification, metadata, cards and search.
AI can make mistakes. The user must check the authorship, source, translation, meaning and admissibility of the publication before using the material.
The publication of AI-processed material does not mean that the project guarantees its absolute accuracy, legal purity or scientific correctness.
6. Flashcards and visuals
Cards created in the project can be used by the user for personal, educational, creative and publishing purposes, if this does not violate the rights of DET/DETai, the rights of the authors of quotes, the rights of third parties and the rules of a specific function.
The project can use published cards and quotes in a public showcase, Telegram channels, promotional materials, archives and demonstration of service capabilities.
7. Personal library
A user's personal library, favorites, collections, and drafts are private by default.
The user should not try to gain access to libraries, drafts, accounts or Telegram links of other users.
8. Access roles and pilot mode
A project can have different access levels: public, demo, pro, admin, team or other roles.
Some features may only be available to team members, testers, subscribers, invited users, or verified users.
The project can change the set of functions, limits, roles, interfaces, bot commands, publishing rules and access format as it develops.
9. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to use the project for:
- mass spam;
- copyright infringement;
- publishing false quotes on behalf of real authors;
- creating harmful, discriminatory, illegal or manipulative material;
- collecting data from other users;
- bypassing access roles and limits;
- attacks on a Telegram bot, website, database or AI tools;
- automatic parsing without permission;
- publishing personal or sensitive data without consent.
10. Removing and correcting materials
The user may request the deletion or correction of their drafts and personal data.
Public materials may be corrected, withdrawn from publication or deleted upon request if there are sufficient grounds: error, violation of rights, publication of personal data, disputed authorship, ethical risk or other valid reason.
Some public materials may be retained in technical, archival, search indexing or backup systems for a limited time after removal from the main store.
