U.L.I. needs a person accountable for the integrity of its technological work: architecture, engineering standards, collaboration between developers and AI agents, solution quality and technical readiness.
The Technical Lead is responsible for developing U.L.I. as a unified Human–AI Development Environment and for ensuring that individual technical solutions become parts of a coherent, testable and sustainable system.
This role is not currently assigned to a specific person. We deliberately do not substitute technical leadership with a temporary appointment or a merely formal name.
