These differences are expressed in how a person chooses paths, maintains stability or seeks change, and how they respond to internal and external challenges. A personality type is not a fixed label; it is a dynamic that reflects the balance between the desire for stability and the need for change, setting a trajectory of growth or risk of disintegration.
